Forgive—Let the Hurt Go

At some point, we all will experience being overlooked, excluded, treated unfairly, or betrayed in some way—causing us to feel hurt, angry, bitter, resentful.... (Welcome to the human table. Pull up a chair.) To make matters worse, many of us have difficulty letting these toxic emotions go, carrying them into our future relationships and overall experience of life.

This certainly described me until I got so fed up with feeling victimised by my past that I finally did something about it. So, now I get to share the techniques that I’ve personally used (and continue to use) to let go of past and present hurts. Even more empowering, I teach others how to practice being unhurtable, which enables us to trust again and move forward less encumbered by hard and sore feelings.


During this healing, interactive workshop, you will:

  • discover your personal power and freedom when you let go of hurts and holding grudges.

  • explore what forgiveness actually means (and what it doesn’t mean).

  • know who the real beneficiary is when you forgive.

  • identify the barriers that are preventing you from letting go of the hurt in your life.

  • determine when it is time to forgive and move on.

  • understand how self-forgiveness plays an vital part in being able to move past hurts.

  • be introduced to a three-step Letting Go Process.

  • be given 10 practices to help you move beyond unresolved anger, resentment, and guilt.
