Well, years ago I had glimpses of this Self-Love and the freedom that accompanied it. And I craved more! So began my diet of Self-Love. As I practiced accepting, appreciating, and caring for myself with kindness, compassion and generosity, I began to notice that I rarely looked to others for approval and acceptance. I started doing what I wanted to do, when I wanted to do it. And for the most part, I stopped doing what I didn't want to do. I don't use food (as much) and when I do, I don't chastise myself with nasty criticisms or abuse my body with torturous exercise.

This is ultimate freedom!
