During Part 2 of this interactive workshop you will:
implement the four-step process* to set and maintain your personal boundaries.
identify what or who is not serving your wellbeing, i.e. what gets in the way of you being and feeling your best.
determine Loving boundaries that will honour your time, space, energy, wellbeing, and overall level of happiness.
learn strategies to Lovingly and kindly handle people who violate or attempt to push your boundaries.
*NOTE: Step 3 of the process is: Communicate Your Boundaries. Due to insufficient time to cover this topic, it is dealt with in the Speak Up and Ask workshop.
